At Super Computech Store, we aim to provide quality refurbished laptops and new desktops at the best prices. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately via phone or email.
If payment is already made and order is not dispatched, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
Product received is physically damaged during shipping (proof required).
Wrong product delivered.
Major hardware defect reported within the warranty period.
Change of mind after purchase.
Minor scratches or cosmetic wear in refurbished products.
Battery backup complaints (as battery performance may vary in refurbished laptops).
Software issues, viruses, or formatting problems.
Damage caused by misuse, liquid spill, or physical breakage.
Replacement will be provided in case of verified major hardware defect.
Customer must inform us within 1 days of delivery.
Product must be returned in original condition with accessories.
If replacement is not available, refund may be issued at our discretion.
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refund will be processed.
Refund will be credited via original payment method.
Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on bank/payment provider).
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping cost may be borne by customer unless product is defective or wrong item delivered.
For products covered under warranty:
Customer must bring/send the product to our store/service center.
Warranty covers hardware components only.
Physical damage or tampering voids warranty.
Refurbished laptops are pre-owned devices that are tested and certified for proper working condition.
Minor cosmetic imperfections may be present and do not qualify for refund.
