All products are subject to availability.

2️⃣ Product Condition (Refurbished Items)

  • Refurbished laptops are professionally tested and inspected.
  • Minor scratches or cosmetic wear may be present.
  • Battery backup may vary (as per usage condition).
  • Product images shown in ads may be for reference purposes only.

3️⃣ Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹).
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Full payment must be completed before order dispatch.
  • We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash (for in-store purchase) and other available payment methods.

4️⃣ Warranty Policy

  • Refurbished laptops come with a limited warranty for 7 days.
  • New Desktop Warranty covers hardware issues only (Like motherboard, RAM, SSD, etc.).
  • Physical damage, liquid damage, or software issues are not covered under warranty.
  • Warranty void if the product is opened or repaired by unauthorized service providers.

(New desktops warranty depends on brand/manufacturer terms.)

5️⃣ Return & Replacement Policy

  • Replacement allowed only in case of major hardware defect within warranty period.
  • No return or refund for change of mind.
  • Customer must inform within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

7️⃣ Use of Website

  • You agree not to misuse this website.
  • Any fraudulent activity may result in order cancellation and legal action.

8️⃣ Limitation of Liability
